My Background:
I have been a dancer for 3 1/2 years now. I can do ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and hip hop. By recently changing studios my focus on dance has changed. I used to go every Saturday and do ballet for about an hour and a half. When I moved studios I stopped for awhile, but now i'm back to going every Tuesday. I do ballet for a hour and pointe for forty-five minutes. My strength has already progressed in these past few weeks. My goal is by the end of this project I will be on pointe for my studio.
